The first Steering Committee meeting of the VR DigiVET project was held online on 7 December 2023, bringing together the project consortium to launch the operational phase of the initiative.
The meeting opened with a welcome by Sergio Bianchi, Director of Agenfor International Foundation, followed by a round of introductions among partners. The consortium then reviewed the main work packages, tasks and planned activities, with specific attention to project management, needs assessment, curriculum development, digital infrastructure, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and exploitation.
The discussion helped partners align on the project’s methodology and implementation timeline. Particular attention was given to the importance of involving Albanian VET schools, ensuring territorial representation, meeting project KPIs and developing training materials in both English and Albanian.
The meeting represented an important first step in building a shared understanding among partners and setting the basis for the project’s future activities.
