The third Steering Committee meeting of the VR DigiVET project was held online on 3 October 2025.
The meeting focused on project timeline updates, the development of the platform, beta-testing plans and the preparation of the upcoming training activities for teachers and students. Partners discussed how to organise the testing phase, collect feedback and ensure that the platform would respond to the needs of the Albanian VET system.
The consortium also addressed the logistics of the training of trainers, including the involvement of VET teachers and instructors in Valona and Tirana. Work Packages related to monitoring, evaluation and dissemination were also reviewed, with attention to data collection, training structures and interim reporting.
The meeting represented a key coordination moment ahead of the beta-testing and capacity-building phases, helping partners move from design and development towards implementation and practical use of the VR DigiVET ecosystem.
